# Members and roles

> Invite colleagues and manage access to your organization's workspace.

An Owner or Admin can manage membership from **Settings → Members**.

| Role | Use it for |
| - | - |
| Owner | The organization owner. Ownership transfer is not available in the role picker. |
| Admin | People who manage organization settings, membership, and accounting work. |
| Member | People who enter and maintain accounting data, BOMs, and PCFs. |
| Auditor | People who need to view the organization's records without editing them. |

  <Step title="Invite a colleague">
    Select **+ Invite members**, enter their email, and choose **Admin**, **Member**, or **Auditor**. Use **Add more** for additional people.

  <Step title="Send the invitations">
    Check each email and role, then select **Send invites**. The recipient accepts the invitation to join this organization.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Manage active and invited members">
    Use **Active** to review current members and change their roles. Use **Invited** to review invitations; the invitation's actions include **Resend** and **Cancel invite**.

Organization members can view their own organization's report snapshots, including the captured organization or BOM versions used for reports. They do not need a separate report-access grant.

  Inviting a member gives them access to your workspace. To ask a supplier for a PCF, use [Supplier engagement](/user-guides/supplier-engagement/request-a-pcf) instead.
