# Organization settings and discovery

> Update your organization profile and help partners find the right company.

Open the account menu at the bottom of the sidebar and select **Settings**.

  <Step title="Open General">
    Choose **General** under **Workspace**. An Owner or Admin can update the logo, **Organization name**, **Description**, **Website**, and **Country**. Text fields save when you leave the field.

  <Step title="Share your organization ID">
    Copy the **Organization ID** and send it to your supplier or customer. They can use the complete ID to find your organization only while **Discoverable** is on.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Choose whether partners can find you">
    Turn on **Discoverable** to allow other organizations to find you by name or organization ID. When it is off, both searches hide your organization, even if a partner knows your full ID. Existing saved contacts and PCF access permissions are retained.

  Discovery helps partners find your company. Your PCFs still follow their own **Public** or **Restricted** access settings. It does not give partners access to your accounting records, BOMs, or documents.
