# Request organization verification

> Submit your business details and documents for a MOYA Verified badge.

An Owner or Admin can request verification from **Settings → MOYA Verified**.

  <Step title="Open the verification form">
    Select **Get verified**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Add the business details">
    Enter **Legal Entity Name**, **Registration number**, and **Additional notes**. Use the legal details shown in your business documents.

  <Step title="Attach relevant documents">
    Use **Upload** to add supporting business documents. The form accepts PDF, PNG, JPEG, and WebP files. Check the attached filenames before submitting.

  <Step title="Submit for review">
    Select **Submit for review**. Return to **MOYA Verified** to see the status. While pending, use **See submission** to review what you sent. If the request is not approved, review the details and use **Resubmit**.

## What verification means

**MOYA Verified** is a convenience to help you identify organizations on Moya. A badge means the organization has received verification approval.

Moya cannot guarantee that an organization is legitimate or that its claimed identity is accurate. You are responsible for confirming the identity of suppliers, customers, and other external organizations before connecting or sharing PCFs.

The badge does not mean that the organization's PCFs, emissions reports, or supporting data have been audited or independently validated.

You can also share your [organization ID](/user-guides/organization/settings-and-discovery) so partners can find the right company while **Discoverable** is on.
