Open the verification form

Select Get verified.

Add the business details

Enter Legal Entity Name, Registration number, and Additional notes. Use the legal details shown in your business documents.

Attach relevant documents

Use Upload to add supporting business documents. The form accepts PDF, PNG, JPEG, and WebP files. Check the attached filenames before submitting.

Submit for review

Select Submit for review. Return to MOYA Verified to see the status. While pending, use See submission to review what you sent. If the request is not approved, review the details and use Resubmit.
The badge identifies a verified organization. It is not a statement that a PCF calculation or emissions report has been audited. You can also share your organization ID so partners can find the right company while Discoverable is on.
