Use search, filters, columns, and sorting to review your year’s purchases.
Open Purchases and check the current accounting year in the sidebar. Switching years shows that year’s purchases. Table filters work within the year you have selected.
Type a product or purchase name into Search purchases. Matching suggestions appear as you type. Select a suggestion or keep typing to narrow the table. Use the × in the search box to clear the search.
Click Add filters and select a field, such as Category, Supplier, EF type, Purchase date, Date added, Total, or Status.A button for that filter appears beside Add filters, and its options open.

Set the filter's options
For fields with tick boxes, all options start selected. Untick the ones you do not want. You can keep several options selected.
Category options use multiple tick boxes.
For a date filter, choose a preset or Custom range and enter the start and end dates. Purchase date is the date of the purchase; Date added is when it was recorded in Moya. For Total, enter a minimum, a maximum, or both. These amounts are in USD. The maximum must be at least the minimum.

Combine or remove filters
Add another filter to narrow the table further. For example, combine Category 1 with a Purchase date range.Click a filter’s button to change it. Use the × beside the filter to remove it, or choose Clear all to remove all filters.
Click Sort, choose the field, then choose the order. For dates, Newest first places recent entries at the top and Oldest first places earlier entries at the top.
Right three-dot menu: edit, duplicate, or delete the purchase, when you have editing access.
Scroll the table horizontally to reach additional columns. The product name and right-hand actions remain visible as you scroll. A vertical mouse wheel over the table also moves it horizontally where there are more columns to view.
Clear the search and filters, then check the accounting year. You may be viewing a year with no purchases, or a combination of filters that matches none of its entries.
