Each company PCF has its own access setting.
1

Open Manage access

In Company PCFs, open the PCF’s actions and select Manage access.
2

Find the customer

Search by organization name or full organization ID. Both name and ID search require the company’s Discoverable setting to be on. Check the organization identity before granting access.
3

Review existing access

The With access list shows approved organizations. Use the organization’s access options to remove access when appropriate.
Restricted PCFs list the organizations with access.

Restricted PCFs list the organizations with access.

You can also use Make public or Make restricted from the PCF’s actions. These actions change who can use the PCF, so check the intended audience first. For a customer request, open PCF Requests → Received, select Share PCF, choose the appropriate company PCF, and submit the response. See Respond to PCF requests.
Sharing a PCF does not share your purchases, BOM inputs, accounting records, or supporting documents. Report source snapshots remain within the organization that owns that source data.
Removing access to a restricted PCF can affect a customer’s live calculations. Purchases with a saved database estimate can fall back to that estimate. Previously captured report values remain fixed.
