A supplier contact belongs to your organization. It can store a supplier name and email without being connected to a Moya organization. A contact’s name or email does not automatically establish an organization link or give anyone access to your workspace.
1

Find or enter the supplier

Use Supplier name when recording a purchase or opening Request PCF. Search for an existing contact or company, or choose Use … as a supplier name to enter a contact without a company link.
2

Check the identity

For an organization on Moya, search by its name or complete organization ID. Both searches require the supplier’s Discoverable setting to be on. If it is off, ask the supplier to enable it before establishing a new link. Check the company name and ID before selecting it.
When Discoverable is off, searching by the full organization ID does not reveal the company.

When Discoverable is off, searching by the full organization ID does not reveal the company.

3

Link an existing contact when needed

For an unlinked saved contact, use Link contact to a company on Moya. Search for the company by name or organization ID, select the correct company, and confirm the link. Keep the contact unlinked if you cannot verify the company.
4

Use the contact in the right workflow

Save the purchase to retain its supplier details, or send an invitation or PCF request from the request form. Selecting a suggestion alone does not send a message.
A linked contact shows the company identity and is available for PCF requests. If the supplier has not joined Moya, invite the supplier to create its own organization. To request product data from an existing organization, see Request a supplier PCF.
