These controls help you review records across Scope 1, Scope 2, and the Scope 3 tables. The exact filter choices and row actions depend on the table.
Search and filter
- Use Search to find records by name.
- Click Add filters and choose a column or range, such as a category, type, date, quantity, or control setting.
- A filter button appears beside Add filters. Click it to choose the values or enter the range.
- For a multi-choice picker, All selects every option. Untick individual values to exclude them. An empty selection returns no matching values.
- Add another filter to narrow the result further. Remove one with its × button.
Date ranges in a table narrow the visible records. They show matching records within the accounting year you selected. Clear search and filters before assuming a saved record is missing.
Choose columns and sort
Open Columns and tick the fields you want to see. Use Sort to change the order. Tables can scroll horizontally; use the wheel or trackpad within the table to reach additional columns. In Purchases and Sales, the product name and row actions remain visible as you scroll.
Expand a row or open its documents
The small arrow on the left opens the row’s details. The Docs count opens a document menu. Choose a document to download it. Opening documents is separate from expanding the row.
Edit, duplicate, or delete
Use ⋮ on the right side of the row. Choose Edit to correct a record. Where Duplicate is available, it creates a copy; review dates, quantities, evidence, and product links before treating it as a new activity. Choose Delete only when removing the record, then confirm.
In Product inventory, use Reconcile to review annual quantities or Change unit to report them in another unit. Reconcile stock explains these actions.
Evidence pool
The pool belongs to the current workspace and accounting year. Uploading a file makes it available to select. Tick a file to attach it to the current record. Unticking it changes the current record’s attachments without removing it from the pool.
Supported file types are PDF, PNG, JPG/JPEG, WebP, and HTML. Each file can be up to 10 MB. A record can have up to 10 supporting documents. Use relevant evidence so the attachments explain the entry.
Attach and reuse documents shows the picker in detail.
If you cannot save
Read the text below highlighted fields and complete those fields. An error message explains problems such as unavailable factors, invalid unit conversions, a locked accounting year, or missing permission. Correct the highlighted fields and try saving again.
Auditors can review records but cannot create, edit, or delete them. A locked accounting year is read-only. Ask your workspace administrator to resolve access or year-lock issues rather than creating the record in a different year. Last modified on October 5, 2026
