Saving an organization or PCF snapshot assigns a report ID and captures the upstream sources currently used, recursively through the supply chain. For each upstream PCF, Moya captures the organization version or BOM version that supplied its value. The captured record identifies the source version, PCF, report ID, and capture time.

All members of the source organization can view its own captured organization and BOM records. Customers do not receive your underlying accounting data, BOM inputs, or documents through the report. Each organization sees its own retained source records.

Archive or delete a historical record

Before permanent deletion, review every report ID and dependency listed in the warning. The confirmation requires typing DELETE. This is separate from archiving.
Deleting retained source data or evidence can remove the ability to audit a customer’s report at that point in time. A customer’s independently captured values are not rewritten, but the deleted supporting source data is no longer available for review.
Report snapshots preserve values when suppliers later change their data. They do not grant customers access to the supplier’s private records.
